Forging the future
of aerospace.
RAFTEC is a precision aerospace forging works in Dr As rao nagar, Hyderabad — producing structural rings, discs, blocks and shafts in aluminium and titanium alloys to AMS, MIL and ASTM specification.
A new forge for India's aerospace decade.
RAFTEC Industries was founded in 2025 in Hyderabad — on the conviction that India's aerospace, defence, and heavy engineering sectors need a domestic forge that competes on the metallurgy, not just the price.
We are building a vertically integrated works — billet receipt, forge press, heat treatment, CNC finishing, and non-destructive inspection — all under one roof, all under one quality management system. Our presses come online in Q2 2025. Our first aerospace deliveries are scheduled for Q4.
We are not a contract shop. We are a metallurgy team that has chosen the harder problem on purpose: certified aerospace forging, done in India, to global specification.
Aluminium Forged Products
Precision-forged aluminium alloy components engineered to exacting specifications for critical aerospace, defence, and industrial applications.
A full forging cycle, under one roof.
Every RAFTEC component passes through the same four stages — forging, heat treatment, machining, inspection — without leaving the works. The result is repeatability, traceability, and a single accountable chain from billet to final delivery.
Open-die & closed-die forging
Hydraulic press operations from billet to near-net shape. Aluminium and titanium alloys up to 30 MT. In-house die design and pre-heat scheduling for grain-flow optimisation.
Material grades & alloy range
We forge a comprehensive range of aluminium alloys selected for aerospace, defence, and structural service. Every heat is documented and every part carries its alloy genealogy from billet to ship release.
Comprehensive Metallurgical Range
Every heat is certified with complete chemical analysis, grain flow verification, and AMS specification testing.

No part ships unproven.
Aerospace structural forgings live or die on what you cannot see inside the metal. Our inspection regime is built around the assumption that every billet has a flaw until proven otherwise.
Inspection & NDT
Every part inspected ultrasonically to AMS 2154 Class A. Hardness, conductivity, and dye-penetrant performed on every batch.
Material traceability
Each forging carries an unbroken digital trace from billet heat number through every thermal and machining step to ship release.
Calibration
Furnaces, presses, and CMM equipment calibrated to NABL-traceable standards. Per-batch thermal logs retained for ten years.
Industries we serve
RAFTEC's forged components serve mission-critical applications across eight major industry verticals worldwide.
